Becoming
The job search should start with a conversation, not a form.
Thanks, you're on the list. We'll be in touch soon.
What we do
Becoming replaces the resume drop-box with a real conversation. You upload your resume, then talk it through with a voice guide that draws out the strengths and stories a form could never capture — so you get understood for who you actually are, not just what fits on a page.
-
Talk, don't type.
A natural spoken conversation instead of another endless form.
-
Be understood in full.
Your guide surfaces the depth behind your experience and the way you think, not just your job titles.
-
Show up as yourself.
The best version of you comes out when you're talking. Becoming is built around that.
The people behind it
“We built Becoming because resumes flatten people. The most impressive things about someone almost never fit in bullet points — they come out when they talk. Becoming is our attempt to give everyone the kind of conversation that actually lets them be understood.”
